What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They let websites remember information between page loads and across sessions. Some cookies are required for a site to work; others are optional and used for convenience or measurement.

Categories we use

Essential

Retention: Session + up to 1 year

Required to keep you signed in and to remember your active workspace. These cookies cannot be disabled because the app does not function without them.
Examples: sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token (Supabase authentication), hone.cookie_preferences (your choices on this banner).

Functional

Retention: Up to 1 year

Optional. Remembers preferences such as view modes (list vs. grid), saved filters, and recently used workspaces. Default: off.

Analytics

Retention: Not currently in use

Optional. We do not currently load any analytics cookies. This category is reserved so that, if we add anonymised usage analytics in future, your choice on this banner will be respected from day one.

Changing your preferences

You can change your cookie choices at any time. While signed in, open Settings → Legal & compliance → Manage cookie preferences. From any page you can also .

Third parties

The full list of sub-processors that may receive data through normal use of Hone is published at /legal/sub-processors. None of those third parties set cookies in your browser through the Hone domain unless you separately use their products.
